Airport in the making

This may be just a gallery of photos. This may not inspire you. But this is how it's made. Step by step, slow but steady

This idea of making an airport came from a college friend that had the idea of making a traditional airport on SketchUp so, I told him I would do one in order to compete with him but not making it that way but a circular airport

DAY 1

First thing I did was an underground entrance to the airport, which would able people to enter the building taking into considerations that making it circular made it quite troublesome

DAY 2

The following day proved to be really productive, created the nexus and ramifications firstly as a sketch and lately became a nearly finished product. Only a few parts - the difficult ones- to be started and done after this day

DAYS 3 & 4

These two days were really exhausting and nothing but unproductive. Nothing more than a few aeroplanes placed, a protection made to the glass-made dome and a 16256 places car park finally finished

Last details of the airport finished - control tower and the landing tracks
